It helps to tell us your level or grade, what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Please never send a password or a Google sign-in code. We will never ask for one.
A problem with a question
Under any practice question, choose Report a problem with this question. It sends us the details we need to find it and fix it.
For parents
To see your child’s progress, your child opens Settings and chooses Create student ID, then shares the ID with you. Make a free parent account in Tutoroot and enter that ID. Parents can look at progress but cannot change it.
Your data
You can delete your saved Tutoroot data at any time: open Progress and choose Delete my profile and practice results. To see what we save, read the Privacy page. For other privacy questions, email us.
In an emergency
Tutoroot is not watched in real time and cannot send help. If someone is in danger, call 911. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), any time of day.
